Sex & Relationship Coaching
Falling in love is easy. Staying in love is hard
Coaching can help:
Increase intimacy in your relationship and invite in deeper love
Bridge a discrepancy in desire
You to be able to talk about sex in a comfortable, confident, and connected manner
Share your most vulnerable desires with each other without feeling pressured or judged
Heal past relational wounds
Create a new intimate and sexual narrative
Feel more confident in your sexual self
I coach both individuals and couples. Areas of expertise include: low desire, mismatched libidos, sexual boredom, premature ejaculation, erectile unpredictability, painful sex, orgasm issues, sex/porn "addiction," fetishes, internalized shame, and sexual trauma.
How do I know if Sex & Relationship Coaching is what I need?
Coaching can be helpful if you are generally satisfied but want something to change in your relationship and/or sex life.
How is coaching different from psychotherapy?
Coaching builds mental fitness. Psychotherapy focuses on identifying, diagnosing, and treating mental health conditions. Sex and Relationship Coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy. As a licensed psychologist if I deem psychotherapy is indicated, I will provide appropriate referrals to mental health providers (e.g., therapists or psychiatrists) in your home state.
What are the logistics of coaching?
Fill out my online form and I will respond to you by email. We can schedule a short meet-and-greet to see whether working together makes sense. If so, you will sign a coaching agreement and pay for the first session (insurance does not cover coaching services). We will meet via Zoom (unless you have scheduled boutique: destination or in-home coaching). We will begin by discussing your issues and challenges, identify your specific goals, and establish priorities necessary for action. Sessions will occur on a weekly basis.
